TUNA MANGO SALAD

INGREDIENTS

Mango relish

1 mango, peeled, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, chopped
1/2 chilli, sliced
1/4 c orange juice
1 T lime juice
2 t mint, chopped
8 0z organic greens
2 T ginger dressing
1 yellow fin tuna steak

 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine mango relish ingredients. Toss organic greens with dressing. Grill tuna for 2 minutes per side. Slice tuna thinly
and layer around greens. Top with mango relish.
