INGREDIENTS
8 oz | mashed potato mix |
8 oz | bacon, chopped |
1/4 c | onions, chopped |
6 | garlic cloves, minced |
2 T | butter |
1/4 c | flour |
1 lb | pizza dough |
4 oz | Colby-Jack Cheese |
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare mashed potatoes as indicated on package. Sauté bacon for 4 minutes. Remove bacon and drain grease from pan. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter for 3 minutes. Add to mashed potatoes.
Dust table with flour. Roll out pizza dough in 4-inch circles. Spread mashed potatoes, cheese and then bacon over the pizza. Place pizza on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Place in a 500 degree oven for 10 minutes.
