INGREDIENTS
1 | mango, sliced |
1 | red pepper, sliced |
1 T | ginger, minced |
1/2 | chili, minced |
2 T | peanut oil |
1 lb | shrimp, cleaned |
1 T | honey |
1/2 c | orange juice |
8 | basil leave, thinly sliced |
DIRECTIONS:
Sauté mango, red pepper, ginger and chili in peanut oil for 4 minutes. Reduce heat. Add shrimp, honey and orange juice. Cook for 5 minutes. Add basil.
