Lobster Club

INGREDIENTS

1 lb lobster chunks, cooked
2 oz mayonnaise
4 white toast slices, buttered
4 bacon strips, cooked
6 avocado slices
4 tomato slices

DIRECTIONS:

Mix lobster and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread lobster mixture on top of 1 slice of toast. Top with 2 bacon strips, 3 avocado slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 slice of toast. Repeat.
