Greek Salad is a fresh summer salad that’s easy to prepare in advance.
I love a great salad. Especially salads that stay fresh in the fridge for days. Greek Salad might be the easiest recipe in The Gourmet Bachelor cookbook. If you’re just starting out in the kitchen, Greek Salad might be the place to start.
INGREDIENTS
Salad
2 | cucumbers, 1/4-inch cubes |
1/2 | red onion, chopped |
8 oz | cherry tomatoes, halved |
6 oz | feta cheese, crumbled |
2 oz | kalamata olives, pitted |
Dressing
1 T | lemon juice |
1/4 c | olive oil |
2 T | dill, chopped |
DIRECTIONS:
Salad – Combine ingredients in bowl. Dressing – Whisk ingredients. Pour over salad.
