INGREDIENTS
Marinade
2 T | lime juice |
3 | garlic cloves, minced |
1 T | honey |
1 t | cayenne |
1 T | oregano |
1/4t | cinnamon |
Steak
1 lb | skirt steak |
Salad
1 lb | romaine lettuce, chopped |
1 | ripe avocado, sliced |
2 | ripe tomatoes, quartered |
1 T | balsamic vinaigrette |
DIRECTIONS:
Marinade – Mix ingredients. Steak – Marinate steak for 20 minutes. Grill steak until desired temperature. Remove and let rest. Slice against the grain in 1/4-inch strips. Salad – Mix ingredients. Top with steak.
