|1 1/2||sticks of butter|
|1/4 c||brown sugar|
|8 oz||chocolate, 72 percent cocoa|
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil, and then add chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in eggs and yolks.
Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour mixture into eight (6 oz) buttered ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
